The Illume Room Membership Terms & Conditions. By purchasing and participating in The Illume Room Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are intended to support clarity, trust, and a respectful container for both practitioner and client. Membership Inclusions Each active membership includes one (1) hour service per billing cycle, which may be used toward a 60 Min Intuitive Botanical Facial or a 60 Min Intimate Renewal Treatment. Services must be used within the active billing period and do not roll over. All membership services are gratuity included. Billing & Payment Memberships are billed on a monthly recurring basis beginning on the date of purchase. Payment is automatically charged to the card on file. It is the member’s responsibility to keep payment information current. Failed or declined payments may result in a temporary pause of membership benefits until resolved. Additional Services, Retail & Events Add-ons, extended treatments, and specialty services are available at an additional cost. Active members receive: 10% off retail products 10% off workshops, events, and special offerings Membership pricing applies only to the services and benefits outlined above and does not apply retroactively to past purchases. Booking & Attendance Membership services must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of the service. Members arriving more than 10 minutes late may receive a shortened service or need to reschedule. Cancellation Policy The Illume Room Membership is month-to-month with no minimum commitment. Members may cancel at any time with 7 days’ notice prior to the next billing date. Membership fees are non-refundable, including partially used months. Access to membership benefits continues through the end of the paid billing period. This membership is offered in a spirit of trust and mutual respect. You are free to stay for as long as it serves you. Health, Consent & Scope Members are responsible for disclosing relevant health information, allergies, medications, or skin conditions prior to services. Services are not medical treatments and results vary by individual. Digital Content & The Illume Library Access to The Illume Library and any associated digital content is available only while the membership is active. Content is for personal use only and may be updated or modified over time. Agreement By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
